Hey Family!
i hope y'all are having a great week! thank you mom for theletter you sent me the other day! i have been trying to eat allothealthier! i do feel better! so again this week has been tuff.. we only taughtlike 3 lessons... and we only found one new investigator.. and that is reallyreally low. it is lame because so many people are baptist and that have heardsoo much anti about the church from there preacher. so it is a tuff place toteach people.... But the great things that happened this week was that i gave atalk in church! it was awesome! I will send you a copy of the talk sometime thisweek i left it at the church. i talked about how i used to be a framer! andsome of the life skill i told them we all had to be on the same page to build ahouse! then i told them there was 4 steps in building a house! i said you haveto Prepare, you have to lay a foundation, you have to build and DO, then youhave to put up the roof! then i talked about Building Zion! i told then toprepare is like being one mind and hart, i told them step to foundation wouldbe pure in hart! step three is missionary work and love! ( i told them aboutthe Love story where the guy is sitting out and the kid that drowning splashesyou - Greg bear) then i talked about the 4th step is putting on the roof! italked about DC 45:8 i think! it talks about how we are children of god and howwe are given power and it is a good scripture! then i bore my testimony! itlasted about 20 mins and it was really really awesome! in fact we had a closinghymn, and the laddie that gave the closing prayer started to cry! i like itwhen it is really really quite when i give talks and i love it when people cry!it makes me feel like i am doing a great job :) so we are teaching a Brothernamed Aaron his a doing great he is reading and learning! it is hard for him tounderstand the Authority line, But he is really smart! and he loves us comingover! so all is well! he has studied all the Churches and none of them teachwhat the bible teaches.... but he said he loves what he is hearing and if anychurch comes close to the bible it is by far ours:) or better of said Christchurch! :) so he is making head way! he is 29 years old, has a wife and 3 kids( thers 3 kids love me) and he works for fedex! i was driving by there houselike few days ago and i stuck my hand out the window to say hi as we drove past!and there 3 kiddos all turned and smiled and waved back but they got this Lookof joy on there face! :) it was really cool! :) we are also teaching anotherBrother named James! he is really cool! i think i talked about him last weekalso! we didnt get a chance to see him for a weeek! but he is reading and ihave talked to him often on the phone, and he is doing great! :) oya, we allPortible Dvd players! you know the ones with the 8 inch screen and can fold up,kidda like a lap top! i think it is cool becouse we can watch vidoes duringbreaks to help boost us up! i like watching these DC videos! well i think allis well :) i wiegh 151.0 pounds :) and i can run a mile no stop :) i have alsochanged my eating habit from all and ONLY junk food to living foods! so i thinkthat is good :) well love yall tons i hope yall have a great week! thanks forthe letter mom i thought those ideas were great! love yall! :)
